What paying for something does and does not do
Sponsored placements are paid for by the employer. They sit in their own labelled section and never change the order of organic results.
Featured Employer is paid commercial prominence. It is not verification, endorsement, a recommendation or a quality signal.
Enhanced profile content is paid presentation. It is not verification, and factual information is always visible without payment.
Payment never changes moderation. Sponsored and promoted content passes exactly the same checks as everything else.
