We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baby Room Leader to join a growing nursery in Wandsworth (SW11). This is a full-time leadership position within a high-quality Early Years setting and is ideal for an experienced Level 3 practitioner looking to lead a baby room and support the continued growth of the nursery. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and education while mentoring practitioners and working closely with the management team. You will be: * Leading the day-to-day practice within the baby room and ensuring high-quality care and learning * Managing, mentoring, and supporting practitioners to maintain outstanding standards * Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework to support children's development * Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and their families * Monitoring children's progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning * Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and ensuring compliance with EYFS requirements * Working closely with the management team to support the smooth running and continued development of the nursery * Contributing to staff development and fostering a positive, supportive team culture The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a baby room, ideally in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role.
