SchoolJobs.uk is committed to making the UK's dedicated school jobs board accessible to everyone, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with clear landmarks and headings.
• Keyboard-navigable search, filters and application forms.
• Visible focus states and 4.5:1 minimum text contrast.
• Alt text on images and ARIA labels on icon buttons.
• Built-in accessibility widget: text sizing, high contrast, underlined links.
