Recruitment across a multi-academy trust
One trust workspace across every member school. Central recruiters can advertise, manage and measure vacancies trust-wide, while each school keeps its own profile, its own vacancies and its own candidate relationships.
Trust membership is taken from published records, never inferred from a name match.

- No charge to advertise a vacancy today
- Every advert checked by our team
- Built on official UK school records
- Named employer on every listing

Central control without flattening your schools
A trust is one employer made of many workplaces. We keep both facts true at once.
Each school keeps its own page
Candidates search by school and by location, so every member school has its own profile and its own vacancy list. The trust profile links them together.
Permissions are per person
A school-based recruiter sees their school. A central recruiter sees the trust. Removing someone removes their access straight away.
Talent pools follow consent
A candidate who registers interest in one school has consented to that school. Trust-wide visibility requires the candidate's consent to the trust.
Official trust identity is separate
We hold your official group identifiers from published records for accuracy. That is factual identity only — it is not a claim, a verification badge or recruiter access.
Getting a trust set up
- 1
Claim the trust
Find your trust and request access. We check the request against published records before granting trust-level access.
- 2
Confirm your schools
Your member schools come from published records, not from a list you type in. If a school is missing or has moved trust, tell us and we correct it from evidence.
- 3
Add your recruiters
Invite central team members, and school-based staff who should only see their own school.
- 4
Advertise centrally or locally
A central recruiter can advertise for any member school. Each advert still names the school candidates would actually work at.
