A candidate finds your page
Your career page shows a register-interest option alongside your current vacancies.

They consent to your organisation
Consent is given to your organisation by name, for recruitment contact. It is recorded with a timestamp.

You see them in your workspace
Name, the roles they are interested in, and the contact details they chose to share.

You contact them when a role appears
You reach out directly. If someone withdraws consent, they disappear from your pool and must not be contacted again.
Privacy rules we do not bend
A talent pool is candidate data. These constraints are enforced by the platform, not by policy alone.
Consent is per organisation
Joining one school's pool does not add a candidate to another school's pool, or to its trust's pool.
Withdrawal is immediate
A candidate can withdraw at any time. The record leaves your pool and contact must stop.
No candidate database to browse
There is no facility to search candidates who have not consented to you. We do not sell candidate lists.
No third-party sharing
Candidate and application data is not exported to any third party, partner or job board.
