Recruitment for a single school or college

One school, one workspace. You advertise your own vacancies, control your own recruitment page, hold your own talent pool and decide who on your staff can do what — whether or not your school sits inside a trust or local authority.

Adverts are checked by our team before they go live.

What stays under your control

  • Your recruitment page

Your description, benefits and photos are yours. Official data such as phase, size and inspection information stays sourced from published records and is labelled as such.

  • Your team's access

Recruiter access is granted per person with a role. Removing someone removes their access to your vacancies and candidates immediately.

  • Your talent pool

You only ever see candidates who have consented to your school. A trust recruiter does not inherit a school's talent pool by default.

  • Your vacancies

You can edit, extend or close a live vacancy yourself at any time. Closing it removes it from the site and from any embedded list on your own website.

Getting set up

  1. 1

    Claim your school

Your school is almost certainly already listed from published data. Claim it with a school email address or another check we can verify.

  2. 2

    Complete your profile

Add your own description, ethos, benefits, professional development and photos. This is what candidates read before they apply.

  3. 3

    Advertise a vacancy

Write the advert in your workspace and submit it. Our team reviews it, then it goes live on the site and on your school page.
