SchoolJobs.uk Jobs API
Available nowYour systems post vacancies to SchoolJobs.uk with an organisation-scoped API key. Your organisation is always the recruiting employer, and every vacancy still goes through our normal moderation.
Vacancy feed import (URL)
Request — we check it with you firstYou give us a vacancy feed URL and we read it on a schedule. A request is recorded as a draft; nothing is fetched until our team has checked the feed contract with you.
Limit: Feed fetching is not enabled automatically, because a feed has to be confirmed as a complete snapshot before absence from it can ever be treated as a closed vacancy.
Vacancy export feed (outbound)
Not available yetAn outbound feed of your own live vacancies, for your website or a partner you have approved.
Limit: Not available yet. No outbound feed is published for any organisation, and no export of any kind includes applications or candidate data.
Applicant tracking system connector

No applicant tracking system connector
No ATS provider is connected or approved. SchoolJobs.uk is a recruitment platform, not an applicant tracking system, and we will not imply a two-way connection we do not have.
No onward distribution
Your vacancies are not sent to any third-party job board or aggregator. There are currently no approved destinations.
No candidate or application export
No candidate or application data leaves the platform by any route. There is no export, no feed and no partner transfer of candidate information.
No automatic publication
A vacancy arriving through any connection is still reviewed before it appears publicly, exactly like one typed into your workspace.
