Register as an education employer
Registration takes a few minutes. You find your organisation, request recruiter access, and we verify the request before granting it — which is what keeps a stranger from taking control of your school's page.
Access is granted per person. Nobody inherits recruiter access from someone else's account.
- No charge to advertise a vacancy today
- Every advert checked by our team
- Built on official UK school records
- Named employer on every listing

What happens after you register
- 1
Choose your organisation type
School or college, academy trust, recruitment agency, local authority, or another education employer.
- 2
Find your organisation
Search our directory. Most organisations are already listed from published records, so you join the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
- 3
Request access
Register with a work email address. If nobody holds the organisation yet, your request is treated as a claim.
- 4
We check the request
We verify that you are entitled to recruit for that organisation before granting access. This is a person-level decision, not an automatic one.
- 5
Start recruiting
Complete your recruitment page, invite colleagues with the access level they need, and create your first vacancy.
What recruiter access does and does not mean
We are deliberately precise here, because these distinctions protect both employers and candidates.
It does not change published facts
Official information on your profile continues to come from published records. You add your own description alongside it.
It is not a verification badge
Holding an account, or appearing in official records, does not mark your organisation as verified on SchoolJobs.uk.
It is revocable
If someone leaves, remove them. Their access to vacancies, candidates and your talent pool ends immediately.
It does not commit you to anything
Registering does not create a contract or a payment. Where commercial terms apply, they are published separately and agreed with you.

Three ways to get started
Whether you are filling one vacancy or recruiting across a whole trust, you can begin today. Registration is self-service, and our team will help if your organisation structure is complicated.
Advertise a vacancy
Create the advert in your workspace and submit it for review. There is no charge to advertise a vacancy today; anything chargeable is published on our pricing page.
Post a jobClaim your profile
Your school, college, trust or agency is probably already listed from official records. Claim it to control the description, culture, benefits and vacancies shown on it.
Claim your organisationTalk to a person
Leave your number and we will call you back to set up your organisation, your team's access, or a multi-school recruitment plan.
