Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • A degree in Drama or equivalent • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching drama. • Experience teaching drama at the secondary level, including KS4 and KS5. • Excellent communication and classroom management skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. Desirable: • Experience in directing or producing school plays and performances. • Familiarity with modern educational technology and its application in drama teaching. • A record of achieving strong student outcomes in drama.
