Many of the pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and may present with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) , Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) , Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) or communication needs. Your ability to differentiate learning and build positive relationships will be key to helping pupils achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons that are differentiated to meet individual learning needs.
• Inspire pupils to develop confidence, curiosity and a positive attitude towards Science.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to ensure all learners can access the curriculum.
• Support pupils in achieving their individual EHCP outcomes where applicable.
• Create a positive, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
