Key Responsibilities • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Food Technology department, aligned with the school's overall vision. • Staff Development: Provide professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge. • Resource Management: Manage and allocate departmental resources effectively. • Assessment and Evaluation: Oversee the assessment and evaluation of student progress. • External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external organizations and institutions. The Ideal Candidate • Qualified Food Technology Teacher: With a proven track record of success in teaching Food Technology at a senior level. • Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Excellent Subject Knowledge: A deep understanding of food technology concepts, theories, and current trends. • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
