The successful candidate will have: • Professional teaching qualification such as; degree, PGCE or BEd. Masters qualification or NPQH desirable. • Strong knowledge of Independent School Standards Regulations and Ofsted Inspection Framework. • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding. Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead is essential. • Strong leadership experience. • Experience of supporting children and young people with complex SEMH needs. • Knowledge and experiencing of multi-agency working to support Looked after Children and directing on EHCP outcomes. • Professional experience, coupled with your determination to achieve excellence, enthusiasm and a positive approach will help you to develop the school and ensure that every pupil makes outstanding progress.
