International Strategy

Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents, using the British Boarding Schools Network (BBSN) database and ensuring accurate records. Identify key existing and emerging markets and develop strong relationships with educational consultants and agents. Manage agent contracts, ensuring they are accurate and updated annually, and authorise all pupil commission invoices. Implement a structured agent engagement strategy, providing regular updates and campaign materials in collaboration with the Head of Marketing. Build and maintain effective relationships with alumni, engaging them in recruitment activities as appropriate.
Admissions
Lead the full admissions journey for international boarding pupils from first enquiry to arrival on campus, delivering a highly personalised and engaging experience. Work closely with the Head of Boarding and pastoral teams to ensure every new boarder feels welcomed and confident during their transition. Respond to enquiries and manage applications efficiently and sensitively, offering clear, timely and reassuring guidance throughout the process. Ensure the College remains fully compliant with UKVI requirements, maintaining accurate records and robust processes. Champion boarding internally, partnering with staff across the College to highlight the contribution boarding makes to the pupil experience.

To give them vital support and a positive experience, we need a professional customer focused individual with impeccable communication skills.
As a Registrar, you will ensure that the candidates are registered by following the SELT ID policy and procedure as well as administrative functions on a day to day basis. You will play a crucial role in promoting a secure and safe exam environment, ensuring full compliance with Trinity’s examination policies and procedures to maintain the security and integrity of our exams. There will also be times when you will be required to step up and oversee the smooth running of the centre.
This role is made up of 40 hours a week, worked over five days between Monday and Sunday. Office operating hours are between 8.15am- 6.30pm and weekend availability will be required. Shift patterns will be determined by rota.
