Pastoral Team: The pastoral team is a key strength of the school and works closely with Heads of Year, attendance staff, safeguarding leads, SEN staff and external agencies. The school is seeking a proactive and highly organised Pastoral Manager to support a year group and contribute to whole-school pastoral systems. You will play a central role in ensuring students are supported effectively, behaviour is managed consistently and early intervention is put in place for vulnerable learners. The role includes monitoring student behaviour and attendance, coordinating pastoral interventions, supporting reintegration after exclusions, liaising with families, and contributing to safeguarding and child protection processes. You will also support students on a day-to-day basis, helping them to regulate emotions, resolve conflict and remain engaged with learning. You will work closely with teaching staff to ensure pastoral information is communicated effectively, and that students receive the right support at the right time.
