Job Description Room Leader – Baby Room £29,000 per year | Level 3 | 40 Hours per Week The very first years of a child's life are some of the most important, and as a Baby Room Leader, you'll play a key role in helping them feel safe, secure, and confident as they begin their early years journey. This Good Ofsted-rated nursery is looking for an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to lead its welcoming Baby Room. Following an exciting refurbishment, the nursery now offers even more inspiring spaces where children can learn, play, and thrive. What We're Looking For • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience working within a Baby Room or leading an early years room. • Experience as a Room Leader , Deputy Room Leader , or an experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner ready to step into a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • A nurturing, patient, and positive approach to supporting babies and young children. • A passion for building strong partnerships with families and creating the best possible start for every child.
