Key Responsibilities: • Lead the preschool team to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. • Design and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities in line with EYFS. • Assess and plan for children's individual needs and provide timely feedback to parents. • Promote and maintain the highest standards of care and education. • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure effective teamwork and communication. • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. • Supervise and develop staff in the preschool room, supporting their professional growth. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursery policies. • Establish positive relationships with families and actively involve them in their children's learning. Requirements Requirements: • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Childhood Education or related field. • Experience working in a preschool setting with children aged 3-5 years. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development. • Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
