This is a full-time position offering an immediate start, supporting pupils across all year groups from Early Years through to Year 6. Key Responsibilities • Support teaching and learning across all primary year groups. • Assist teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons and classroom activities. • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils who require additional assistance. • Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. • Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. • Prepare and organise classroom resources and learning materials. • Supervise pupils during break times, educational activities, and school events where required. Requirements • Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or similar setting is desirable. • A positive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. • Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential.
