Contribute positively to pupil wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement. Assist with SATs preparation and revision activities.The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a Year 6 classroom. Experience delivering small group and 1:1 interventions in English and Mathematics. Good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach.
