Experience delivering small group and 1:1 interventions in English and Mathematics. Good understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach. Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent). Experience supporting pupils preparing for KS2 SATs.
