About You We're looking for someone who: • Has substantial experience tutoring or teaching young people with SEND. • Has proven experience supporting learners with SLD, Autism (ASC), ADHD and non-verbal communication . • Is confident supporting behaviours that challenge using positive behaviour support strategies. • Has strong de-escalation, emotional regulation and re-engagement skills. • Understands trauma-informed practice and the importance of building positive relationships. • Is patient, adaptable, creative and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every learner.
