This is an exciting opportunity to work within a school renowned for its academic excellence, outstanding pastoral care, and commitment to developing creativity across the curriculum. Art is highly valued throughout the school, with students encouraged to explore a wide range of artistic disciplines while developing technical skill, creative confidence, and independent thinking. About the Role You will teach Art across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering inspiring lessons that nurture creativity and artistic expression. Students engage with a broad curriculum that includes drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, mixed media, photography, and contemporary digital practices. You will support learners in developing strong practical skills while encouraging critical analysis and appreciation of historical and contemporary artists. The successful candidate will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Art examinations, supporting the creation of exceptional portfolios and exhibition work. You will also contribute to the wider creative life of the school through exhibitions, competitions, gallery visits, and enrichment opportunities.
