Key Responsibilities • General Maintenance: Performing essential DIY tasks to maintain the fabric of the building. • Safety Monitoring: Regular checks of the fire alarm system, playground equipment, and perimeter fencing. • Site Cleanliness: Managing waste disposal and ensuring the external grounds are kept to a high standard. • Support: Assisting the School Business Manager with deliveries and the distribution of resources across the school.
