About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our Catering team. This is a permanent, full-time position of 37 hours per week, across 40 weeks of the year (term time plus two weeks).
The post holder will be expected to be flexible on working hours as day time / evening shifts / weekend hours might be required.
The successful candidate should:
• Have NVQ level qualification or equivalent
• Have experience in large volume catering in a fast-paced environment
• Have knowledge of allergens and current food trends
• Be able to work well as part of a team
• Have good time management with the ability to work to a deadline
