You will lead classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task, managing behaviour, and creating a calm, focused learning environment. Requirements: You do not need any formal qualifications to be a Cover Supervisor, but you will need to get an Enhanced DBS certificate to work with children (we can offer assistance if you need to apply).
