About the role - Cover Supervisor We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a secondary academy and supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff. You will ensure students remain engaged with pre-prepared work, maintain high standards of behaviour, and support a positive learning environment. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in managing groups of students, and the ability to follow teachers' instructions effectively.
