• Cover Supervisor • Secondary phase • All-through Academy • Harrow • Flexible contract options We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to join the Secondary Phase of a dynamic and inclusive all-through Academy in Harrow. The school is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals who can provide short-term classroom cover, with longer-term opportunities available for those able to commit to extended placements. As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged and on task • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour The ideal candidates will have previous experience working with young people in a school or community setting and will be confident managing a classroom independently while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
