Cover Supervisor Looking to gain valuable classroom experience or enjoy the flexibility of supply work? Academic Choice is currently recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools throughout the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking for flexible work within education. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the classroom teacher. • Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged with their learning. • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. • Support students to complete the work set. • Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.
