Deputy Headteacher Quality of Education 01/01/2027 L18 (78,702) - L22 (£86,803) The Crestwood School are recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead on Quality of Education. This is a key position within the school and will suit a professional who has a deep knowledge of curriculum development, coupled with a clear vision and a proven track record of raising standards. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner, able to lead by example, and will possess a significant background of strong leadership within a school at senior level. The successful candidate will be deeply ambitious for students and staff, with the ability to provide strategic direction which improves student outcomes. The Deputy Headteacher will assist the Headteacher in the strategic and operational management, development and leadership of the school, and ensure the achievement of our vision, ethos, aims and objectives within the context of Invictus Trust’s strategic and development plans.
