Job Description Deputy Nursery Manager £32,000–£34,000 per year Ready to take the next step in your early years leadership career? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Deputy Nursery Manager to join a Good Ofsted-rated nursery where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and thrive in a truly unique setting. Housed within a beautifully converted building, this nursery has retained its original character while providing a warm, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. Carefully designed age-specific rooms offer inspiring spaces for every stage of a child's development, while extensive outdoor play areas and a dedicated forest area encourage children to explore nature, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning through play. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you'll help lead a passionate team, maintain exceptional standards of care and education, and support the continued success of this well-established nursery. What We’re Looking For • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous experience in a senior early years role. • Experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager is preferred, although exceptional Room Leaders or Third in Charge candidates looking to progress are encouraged to apply. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare and supporting children to reach their full potential. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
