We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Drama teacher to join our thriving Drama department. About the Role: You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to foster a love of drama, develop students' acting and performance skills, and prepare them for success in drama examinations and productions. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Drama lessons. • Develop students' acting, directing, and technical skills. • Prepare students for performances, productions, and examinations. • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and creative learning environment. • Contribute to the school's arts program and productions. Ideal Candidate: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related subject. • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to inspire and motivate students. • Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
