The Role As a Drama Teacher, you will: • Deliver high-quality Drama lessons that engage and challenge students. • Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the curriculum. • Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive. • Encourage students to develop confidence, collaboration and communication through performance. • Contribute to productions, performances and the wider life of the Performing Arts department. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have: • Qualified Teacher Status or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • Experience teaching Drama at secondary level. • A passion for inspiring young people through the performing arts. • Excellent classroom management and communication skills. • The ability to motivate students of all abilities and backgrounds. • A commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
