Drama Teacher – Secondary School, Temporary and ongoing, part-time, starting January 2027
Here is a large and successful 11–19 secondary school with sixth form , part of the Inspiration Trust . The school was judged Good by Ofsted , with inspectors praising the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, and leadership and management. The school is known for its supportive culture, strong pastoral care, and commitment to providing students with a broad and engaging curriculum.

Duties as Drama Teacher:
• Planning and delivering creative and engaging Drama lessons
• Inspiring students to develop confidence, creativity, and performance skills
• Preparing students for practical and written assessments
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitoring and assessing student progress
• Supporting extracurricular productions, performances, and enrichment activities
Ideal Drama Teacher:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for the performing arts and student development
• Ability to inspire and engage learners of all abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
