The Opportunity
An established independent school in Rickmansworth is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join its faculty with an immediate start . This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the cultural and creative life of the school, working with engaged and motivated pupils.
You will teach Drama across Key Stages 3 and 4 , encouraging creativity, confident self-expression, collaboration, and performance skills both in the classroom and through extracurricular activities.

Drama Teacher – Key Responsibilities
• Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4
• Plan creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons
• Support performances, productions, and drama clubs
• Monitor student progress and creative development
• Work collaboratively within the wider Arts faculty
The Ideal Drama Teacher
• Degree in Drama or a related subject
• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Creative, reflective, and student-focused approach
• Strong classroom presence and organisation
