The successful ECT will teach KS3 and KS4 and benefit from carefully guided planning, behaviour support systems and continuous professional development designed specifically for early career teachers. School Information This 11–18 school educates roughly 1,250 students and is recognised for its strong classroom routines, consistent behaviour expectations and robust academic outcomes. The History department delivers a well-sequenced curriculum that develops analytical writing, source evaluation and historical interpretation through structured lesson planning and moderated assessments.
