About You To be considered for this role, you will need: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be due to achieve QTS this academic year. • A recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree. • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and helping young people achieve their potential. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • A flexible and positive approach, with the confidence to adapt to different school settings.
