About the role
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and highly motivated Art ECT to join a thriving Creative Arts department within an Outstanding school in Hertfordshire . As an Art Teacher , you will be responsible for delivering engaging, imaginative and well-structured lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5 , helping students to develop confidence, technical skill and independent artistic expression. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Art Teacher to begin their career in a highly supportive and professionally nurturing environment.
You will work alongside an experienced and collaborative team of Art specialists within well-equipped studios that provide students with access to a wide range of materials and digital resources. The department plays an important role in whole-school life through exhibitions, creative projects and enrichment activities.

Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in Art or a related creative subject
• PGCE with QTS
• Training to teach Art to KS3, KS4 and ideally KS5
• Passion for creative education and student development
• Willingness to contribute to exhibitions, competitions and extracurricular projects
Salary The salary for this Art ECT position will be paid to scale in line with MPS1 .
