Your Role as a Primary ECT: • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Adapt confidently to different primary school settings. • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents. • Support pupils' academic and personal development. To be considered for this Primary ECT role, you will need: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS before September 2026. • A genuine passion for primary education. • Excellent communication and classroom management skills. • An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one. • The right to work in the UK.
