Early Years Educator (Level 3) Location: Cambridge Salary: £33,395 per annum Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Octave Recruitment is recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Educator on behalf of a well-established nursery provider in Cambridge. The Role You will provide high-quality care and education, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop. Working as part of a friendly team, you'll support children's individual needs while building positive relationships with parents and colleagues. Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework. • Plan and support engaging activities that promote children's development. • Observe and record children's progress. • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and cleanliness. Requirements • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential). • Previous experience working in an early years setting. • Good understanding of the EYFS framework. • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection. • A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
