Level 3 Early Years Educator Position: Level 3 Early Years Educator - 40 hours per week Salary £30,000 PA Qualification Required: Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (or equivalent) Experience Required: 1-10 years in early years settings Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our vibrant early years team. This role is ideal for practitioners who have completed their Level 3 qualification and are looking to develop their career in a supportive, child-centered environment. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure every child reaches their full potential. As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging activities that support children's learning and development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will work as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with families and ensuring each child's individual needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Child Development and Learning • Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all seven areas of the EYFS framework • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with EYFS requirements • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence • Support children's social and emotional development, promoting positive behavior and self-regulation • Adapt activities and approaches to meet the individual needs of children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) • Implement effective strategies to support children's communication and language development Key Person Responsibilities • Act as a key person for a designated group of children, building secure attachments and trusting relationships • Conduct regular observations and assessments, tracking children's progress and identifying next steps in their learning • Maintain comprehensive learning journals and development records for key children • Complete progress checks Requirements or Skills: NQT Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent At least 1 years of experience working with children aged 0-5 years old A passion for early childhood education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team If this role sounds of interest then please click apply.
