The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5. Your responsibilities may include: • Planning and delivering engaging learning activities. • Supporting children's learning and development. • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. • Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development. • Observing and recording children's progress. • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment. • Supporting children's care, hygiene and wellbeing needs. • Working in line with the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
