Why this role is perfect for you • Guaranteed minimum £150 per day • Paid to scale for roles involving key person responsibilities, planning or leading learning • Work locally in welcoming, supportive Primary Schools in the Witney area • Opportunities for long‑term placements and permanent pathways • Flexible start dates - roles available immediately • Dedicated support from Holly at Monarch Education What you'll be doing As an Early Years Educator, you will: • Support children across Nursery and Reception following the EYFS framework • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment • Use play‑based learning to support communication, literacy, and early maths skills • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff • Build positive relationships with children, staff and families • Contribute to observations, assessments and classroom routines What we're looking for ✔ Experience working with Early Years children (school, nursery or childcare setting) ✔ A warm, nurturing approach with strong communication skills ✔ Understanding of the EYFS curriculum ✔ Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) - desirable but not always essential ✔ Ability to work confidently with small groups or 1:1 ✔ Reliability, positivity and a passion for child development How to apply If you'd love to inspire young learners across Witney, Holly at Monarch Education wants to hear from you!
