Early Years Practitioner

Location: Bromley Pay: £13.50–£16.00 per hour, depending on experience ⏰ Hours: Full-time or part-time, with flexible working options available Revive Education is looking for a passionate and caring Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Bromley. We are ideally looking for someone with a Level 3 Early Years qualification, although candidates with a Level 2 qualification and relevant experience will also be considered. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and help create a safe, positive and engaging environment where children can learn, develop and thrive Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework * Planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate activities * Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment * Observing children’s progress and supporting their individual needs * Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues * Following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times What we’re looking for: * Ideally, a Level 3 Early Years qualification * Level 2 candidates will also be considered * A genuine passion for working with young children * A caring, patient and positive approach * Good communication and teamwork skills * Knowledge of the EYFS framework * A strong commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare * Confidence in recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately What Revive Education offers: ✅ Competitive pay of £13.50–£16.00 per hour ✅ Full-time and part-time opportunities ✅ Flexible working hours ✅ A wide range of accredited CPD training courses ✅ Ongoing support from a dedicated Early Years consultant If you are passionate about Early Years education, committed to keeping children safe and would like to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you
