Early Years Practitioner / Room Leader - Bell Green based Nursery - TE63328 - £31,200-£33,800 - Level 3 We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming and supportive nursery team. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week over 5 days, offering a competitive salary of up to £31,200 per annum. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education for children, creating engaging learning experiences, and supporting every child’s individual development. You will work closely with colleagues and families to ensure children receive the best possible start in life while maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive setting. The successful Early Years Practitioner will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will be confident in observing, assessing, and planning activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence. Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children are essential.
