Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Barrow-in-Furness | £14.00 per hour | 36 Hours Over 4 Days Revive EYFS Recruitment is proud to be supporting a welcoming and supportive nursery in Barrow-in-Furness that is looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join its Under 2s team. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and passionate practitioner who enjoys building strong relationships with babies, families and colleagues whilst making a genuine difference during the earliest stages of a child's development. The nursery offers a supportive working environment, regular team-building events and a genuine focus on staff wellbeing. Working a four-day week, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a healthy work-life balance whilst continuing to develop your career within Early Years. The Role Working within the Under 2s room, you will act as a Key Person for a small group of children, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality care and engaging early years experiences. You will build positive relationships with parents and carers, contribute to planning and observations, support daily routines and work closely with colleagues to ensure children receive the very best start in life. What We're Looking For Applicants should hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting. Experience working with babies or children under the age of two would be highly advantageous, alongside a good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding responsibilities and child development. The successful candidate will be warm, professional, reliable and passionate about delivering outstanding care and education.
