Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Newbury Agency: Teaching Personnel Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Newbury, Berkshire Pay Rate: From £14.25 per hour Contract Type: Temporary / Long-Term Supply / Flexible About the Role Teaching Personnel is seeking an energetic, qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work with our partner nurseries in and around Newbury. Whether you want a full-time long-term placement or flexible day-to-day work, we have roles tailored to your preferences. Key Responsibilities • Support daily learning routines and child-led play within EYFS guidelines. • Observe and assess key children to track developmental milestones. • Help create safe, inclusive, and stimulating indoor and outdoor environments. • Build positive relationships with young children, colleagues, and parents. Requirements • Full & Relevant Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare. • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable attitude. • In-date Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable). • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
