Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Potters Bar, Hertfordshire | £12.71 - £13.00 per hour | Full Time Revive EYFS Recruitment is proud to be supporting a welcoming and child-centred nursery in Potters Bar in the search for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nursery that genuinely values high-quality early years education and understands the important role practitioners play in helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. The Role As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality interactions, engaging activities and strong parent partnerships. Working as a Key Person, you will build meaningful relationships with children and families, monitor developmental progress and create exciting learning opportunities that support each child's individual journey. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. What We're Looking For We are keen to hear from practitioners who hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within an early years setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding responsibilities and child development, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young children every day.
