Teaching Personnel partners with leading nurseries and early years settings across Oxford to provide exceptional cover staff. This is an excellent opportunity to work in dynamic educational environments with top-tier pay. Key Responsibilities • Lead engaging play opportunities that support physical, social, and cognitive development. • Follow room schedules and maintain high standards of child safety and well-being. • Record learning observations and assist regular staff with key-person duties. • Adhere strictly to nursery policies, safeguarding practices, and SEN needs. Requirements • Recognised Level 3 Childcare Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE, NNEB). • Prior experience in early years or nursery settings. • Passion for early childhood development and child-led learning. • Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
