We're working with a welcoming early years setting in Ipswich that's looking for a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. What you'll be doing • Creating a safe, fun and inspiring environment where children can thrive • Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues • Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through play • Helping children develop the confidence and skills they'll carry into school and beyond We'd love to hear from you if you have • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent) • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting • A warm, patient and nurturing approach • A good understanding of the EYFS framework • A genuine passion for helping children flourish Why choose Protocol Education?
