Level 3 Early Years Practitioner West Ealing, London Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Long-Term Opportunity A welcoming and well-established two-form entry primary school in West Ealing is looking to appoint a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from September 2026. This is a full-time role and a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Early Years professional to work within a supportive and well-organised EYFS setting. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting children's learning through play-based activities • Assisting the class teacher with the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS provision • Supporting language development, early literacy, and numeracy • Observing children's progress and contributing to assessments and learning journals • Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment • Encouraging children's social, emotional, and behavioural development • Working collaboratively with the EYFS team and communicating effectively with parents where required Requirements To be considered for this role, you must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised in England . Accepted qualifications include: • Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator) • Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development • BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development • CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education • CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce • T Level in Education and Early Years • Level 3 Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy (Birth to Seven) You should also have: • Experience working in an Early Years setting such as a nursery, preschool, or reception class • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework • A nurturing and patient approach when working with young children • Good communication and teamwork skills • A commitment to supporting children's development and wellbeing Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment Tradewind Recruitment partners with a wide range of schools across Ealing and West London, providing long-term roles and career development opportunities.
