Early Years Practitioner - TE63310 - Up to £31k Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery team based on the outskirts of Winchester. Whether you are unqualified and eager to begin your childcare career or already hold a Level 3 qualification, we would love to hear from you. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working alongside a supportive team, you will help deliver engaging activities that encourage children's development while building positive relationships with families and colleagues. We offer flexible contracts ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week, allowing you to find a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Our pay rates are competitive, starting from £13.70 per hour for unqualified candidates and rising to £14.96 per hour for Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner professionals. The successful Early Years Practitioner will be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to providing outstanding childcare. Experience within an early years setting is welcomed but not essential for unqualified applicants, as full support and training will be provided. If you already hold a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your skills and progress your career within our growing nursery. Located on the outskirts of Winchester, our nursery offers a beautiful setting with excellent facilities and outdoor spaces where children can explore, play, and learn every day.
