What You’ll Be Doing
As a Nursery Apprentice, you will:
• Work towards completing a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification within an agreed timeframe
• Learn all aspects of the Key Person role with the support of a dedicated mentor
• Observe children’s development and support their learning through play
• Carry out practitioner tasks under guidance and supervision

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Nursery Manager , you’ll provide inspirational leadership across your nursery, creating a positive culture where children flourish, colleagues thrive and families feel valued. You will:
• Lead, inspire and develop your leadership team, including the Deputy Manager, Third in Charge and Room Leaders.

What You’ll Need
Essential:
• Proven experience leading and managing an Early Years team.
• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted requirements.

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and performance.
